My iPhone is “Free Land” Man – Just like my Home – Stay Out Big Brother!
In a brief Legal Commentary, our first at NN News, we bring up the topic that is hot now in the courts with the United States government working with, then suing Apple Inc (makers of the iPhone, iPad, & other advance technological devices) to be able to “crack” an iPhone Terrorists in recent crimes had on their persons during the crimes. Apple refused. In addition, Microsoft sued the US government saying it’s unconstitutional for the government to bar tech companies from telling customers when federal agents have examined their data. In Microsoft’s opinion they stated the government’s violation of the First and the Fourth Amendments. Here’s a refresher of those Amendments. stated in their opinion

Yet, WHO is the person determining WHO the Terrorist is (could it be you, me, or another person they may not like for some particular reason? Remember the “Big Red Scare” in Hollywood in the 1950s!?!) and WHAT is the process!?!
That’s why our Founding Fathers were incredibly brilliant in establishing our natural and legal rights that were incorporated into our Constitution. And we should NEVER give them up freely…
